JEN KAWASAKI, R.N.
'Correctly identifying energetic disruptions takes the brain out of fight-or-flight mode and into healing and recovery mode, out of tension, anxiety, and frustration, and into ease, calm, and clarity.'
Jen is a native of Colorado. She grew up in Littleton and graduated from St. Mary’s Academy. Her college studies include a B.S. in Nutrition from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Nursing from Regis University.
Her 10+ years in nursing were spent at The Children’s Hospital in Denver as an ER nurse, Pediatric Advanced Life Support educator, and program manager. In addition, she was a founder and implementer of the EMS lounge and education program within the hospital. She continues to have a passion for helping children and their families well-being.
Outside of the hospital, she was co-founder of Peak Athletics Cheer, Gymnastics and Dance Gym, and Competition Travel. Both are located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. After 14 grateful years of coaching and running the businesses, she proudly sold it to two of her employees.
She then spent time working at Denver Christian School as the Director of Advancement. There, she was fortunate to work diligently to advance the school creating new opportunities for the well-established 100-year-old entity. During her time there she also established a new revenue stream for the school through a used furniture store called Renew.
During COVID-19, she used her time to seek out ways that could complement Western medicine to keep bodies healthy. In her search, she became a Level 1 Energy Medicine Practitioner through Eden Energy Medicine and most recently, a practitioner of the incredible Brain Breakthrough technique.
In addition, she is beyond grateful to have the opportunity to work with youth in the capacity of mental performance coach.
When not helping others heal their bodies or improve their game, she is most happy watching her two boys (14 and 16) conquer the world, spending time with her husband, and breathing fresh air on walks with the family mini Goldendoodle, Davis.
